The Army has announced a plan that will allow about 150 basic-branch lieutenants to leave active duty early so they can join a National Guard troop unit in fiscal 2010. The releases are scheduled to occur between May 1 and September 30, 2010.

While specific details have not yet been announced, the plan will restrict early releases to to lieutenants of the Army Competitive Category with between 24 to 36 months of commissioned service. According to officials, warrant officers, JAG officers, Chaplains, medical officers, and aviators will not be eligible for the program.

Stop with all the prayer B.S. you stupid Texan. Do you think God is helping professional killers? We got people to kill, and you’d better keep God out of it.
