Congress Moves to Block Tricare Increase

Last week I reported that Tricare bumped the fee for in-patient hospital care for military retirees under age 65. This week, the House/Senate conference committee who have been working on the FY 2010 Defense Authorization Act have agreed to include a provision to prohibit any Tricare fee increases during FY 2010, effectively blocking the DOD increase.
