Fraternization between Officers and Enlisted:

I have been told that fraternization between military officers and enlisted personnel is prohibited but I can not find fraternization specifically mentioned in the UCMJ. Can anyone tell me where I can read where it states this conduct is prohibited?

I was informed it is also considered fraternization while I was dating my spouse and she was attending ROTC. We get married; she completed her training and becomes a Commissioned Officer. She was not a Commissioned Officer while we were married. Where does it state in the UCMJ, this is also fraternization?
