New Air Force Fitness Test

Sunday October 26, 2003
The Air Force has released the requirements for their new Physical Fitness Program, which becomes effective on January 1, 2004. This program replaces the annual ergo-cycle test that the Air Force has used for several years.

The new fitness assessment consists of four areas: body composition, aerobic fitness (running), push-ups, and crunches (sit-ups).
